Terms and Conditions:Refunds can only be given after the second day and only in cases of accidents or illnesses against a medical certificate from a Saas-Fee doctor. No refunds are payable for ski lessons cancelled due to higher force, e.g. gale force winds / storms, blizzards, avalanche danger etc. The ski school accepts no responsibility for any accidents which occur during lessons, excursions, test runs or races. Weekly tickets are not transferable. Partly unused tickets are not refundable.
For further information please contact the ski school office at the bottom station or the ski school's information booth at Kreuzboden. Tickets can only be bought at the ski school office in Saas-Grund.
Office opening hours: Monday/Thursday: 8.30 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday: 3.30 p.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. - 6 p.m. The information booth at Kreuzboden is open Monday/Thursday 9.45 a.m. - 2 p.m.
